Bateau Bay Cellars collects only what we need to run the shop: your name, contact details and delivery address when you order; your email address if you join the newsletter; and your order history so we can help with any issues.

How your information is handled

Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. Our website and database are hosted with Vercel and Supabase, and order emails are sent via Resend. We don’t sell or share your information with anyone else, and we only email you marketing if you’ve joined the list (unsubscribe any time).

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies to remember that you’ve confirmed you’re 18+, and to keep your cart between visits. No third-party advertising trackers.
