Terms of sale

Bateau Bay Cellars sells liquor under the Liquor Act 2007 (NSW), licence LIQP700300612. It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years. By ordering you confirm you are 18 or over; age is also confirmed at checkout and at delivery.

Prices & availability

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Orders are subject to stock — if something sells through before we can pack your order, we’ll contact you to substitute or refund. Vintage may change on any item in your order; we’ll notify you of any price adjustment before dispatch.

Delivery & returns

Delivery works as described on our Delivery page, including our obligation to refuse delivery to minors or intoxicated persons. Faulty products are replaced or refunded as described on our Returns page; nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
