About
The Fleury family were the first biodynamic estate in all of Champagne, working in the Côte des Bar — closer to Chablis than to Reims. 100% Pinot Noir. Baked apple, brioche, almond and warm spice. More texture and depth than the tighter Côte des Blancs styles up north.
