About
Soft, light, drinkable. Don't expect Burgundy — expect a Tuesday-night pour at a Tuesday-night price.
Keeda Zilm and Luke Broadbent pull the fruit from a handful of vineyards across the Limestone Coast rather than a single site. The region's terra rossa over limestone gives natural acidity and freshness, which is what a light Pinot needs most. The label artwork is a tribute to that red dirt.
Nothing is added to prop up the acid, and the only oak allowed near the wine is an actual barrel. The 2025 shows red cherry, raspberry and a wild thyme note, with a little spice and an earthy edge underneath. The tannins are soft and the finish is bright. It is vegan friendly.
Give it twenty minutes in the fridge before pouring. Roast duck, a mushroom risotto or a board of charcuterie all work, and so does no food at all.
