About
From the famed Rende Vineyard in Blewitt Springs (66% Grenache, 34% Mataro), fermented across concrete sphere, egg and tank. Pink grapefruit, blood orange, fennel, redcurrant — bony texture, very dry. A rosé with architecture, not just a poolside pour.
