About
Apple-driven, unfussy cool-climate Orange sparkling. Honest pour — nobody's going to complain.
Most of the fruit comes off Canowindra at 300 metres, with small parcels from Wattleview and Newbridge above 1,000 metres. The current release is built on the 2024 pick. That season ran warm but never hot, and an early harvest kept the natural acid the style needs. The blend is 86% Chardonnay with 9% Sauvignon Blanc for freshness and 5% Pinot Noir for depth.
It is made the quick way on purpose. Grapes are pressed straight after picking and the clarified juice ferments in stainless steel tank. It sits briefly on its yeast lees before bottling. Dosage is moderate. Fifteen grams of sugar against 8.2 grams of acid is why it tastes fresh rather than sweet.
The Swift family calls it the little sister to their Swift sparklings, the range that took Best Australian Sparkling in London in 2022. Drink it young. Brunch, or a Sunday afternoon outside.
